ACLEDA Bank Plc.于2020年5月25日在柬埔寨证券交易所上市。
In 1993, ACLEDA Bank was found as a project of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Cambodia’s post-war era. Over the years, it has grown and made many changes. ACLEDA Bank Limited was licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia as a Specialised Bank on October 07, 2000.
On December 01, 2003, ACLEDA Bank, once again, was licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia as a Commercial Bank to enable it to provide full banking services according to the needs of the customers and the market and it was renamed ACLEDA Bank Plc.
ACLEDA Bank is now the leading digital bank and has the branch network offering banking and financial services through a network of 264 branches in Cambodia, 37 offices in Laos, and 17 offices in Myanmar. Currently, it has 4 subsidiaries: (1) ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd., (2) ACLEDA MFI Myanmar Co., Ltd., (3) ACLEDA Securities Plc., and (4) ACLEDA Institute of Business and 1 representative office in Myanmar.

ACLEDA Bank is committed to distributing dividends properly and effectively to shareholders by putting in place a policy on dividend distribution towards providing a consistent dividend stream to shareholders while allowing capital for growth. The Bank classifies dividends into the following categories: • Cash dividend; • Stock dividend; and • Other forms determined by the decisions of the Board of Directors and Shareholders, and permitted byapplicable laws, regulations and international best practices.
Dividend Payout Ratio
The Bank determines a dividend payout ratio which does not exceed 50% (fifty percent) of Net Profit After Tax of the preceding fiscal year. Dividend payments will be carried out in accordance with the Bank’s business plan and applicable regulations. Fund.
