Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. Would like to inform shareholders and publics that the company was granted the official approval for Additional Share Listing (Bonus Issue) on 12 June 2026 with the below detail information:

1. Type of Securities: Voting Shares

2. Number of bonus shares to be issued : 71,519,647 shares

3. Bonus offering : Existing Shareholders of PPSP on record date (July 28, 2026)

4. Ratio: 1:1

5. Ex-Bonus Date: 27 July 2026 (Base Price will be adjusted by half of the previous market day

closing price)

6. Bonus Share Allotment Date : 3 August 2026

7. Trading day of the bonus shares: 4 August 2026

Note:

1. This decision was approved during the EGM dated on 16 December 2025.

2. The additional shares will be entitled to the only shareholders who are on the shareholders list on 28 July 2026.

3. Shareholders who SELL the share(s) on 27 July 2026 are STILL entitled to get this shares.

4. Shareholders who BUY the share(s) on 27 July 2026 are NOT entitled to get this shares.
