Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. is pleased to inform the shareholders and the public that the treasury shares of Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. have been cancelled on 30 April 2026.

Please kindly note that the share buyback transaction was completed since August 2024 with total number of 355,353 shares and those shares were held as treasury shares of the company.
