For the 3 rd Quarter Ended 30 June 2026, the total revenue of PEPC was recorded at KHR 5,370 million, representing a decrease of KHR 9,449 million (64 ≈ %) as compared to the corresponding quarter of FY2025 which was recorded at KHR 14,819 million. The decline is primarily due to lower contribution from the Tatay project, which reached 100% full construction completion in June 2026.
As of 30 June 2026, total assets were KHR 805,126 million and total liabilities were KHR 934,995 million, with equity/capital deficiency of KHR (129,869) million. (Comparative in the table in the 4 th quarter of fiscal year 2025, assets were KHR 893,347 million and liabilities KHR 996,480 million, with equity/capital deficiency at KHR (103,133) million).
