| Description | Under the Law on Commercial Banks (Amended) No. 39/NA dated July 17, 2023, all commercial banks must have at least LAK 1,000 billion in paid‑up capital within the 10‑year period from 2026 to 2035. To meet this requirement, ACLEDA Bank Lao (ABL) increased its registered capital by LAK 50 billion in 2026. This will raise its current capital from LAK 500 billion to LAK 550 billion. |
