Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. would like to inform its shareholders and the public that the commencement of trading of the bonus shares, which was previously scheduled for 4 August 2026, has been postponed as the necessary procedures required prior to the commencement of trading are still being finalized.
Subject to the completion of the remaining procedures, the Company currently expects the bonus shares to commence trading on the Cambodia Securities Exchange on 18 August 2026.
