DBD Engineering Plc. was founded in 1995, which makes it one of the oldest multifaceted Engineering & Construction company in Cambodia. DBD provides construction, design, installation, and maintenance services which achieved an exceptional level of satisfaction, recognized the work and quality from national clients who are project owners and clients who are consultants.
DBD has been expanding its business from MEP focus to main contractor of the whole construction project.
DBD has in-house production and customization capacity of MEP related materials, enhancing supply chain (reducing imports) and increasing revenues from sales of those materials to other contractors and retail market. Besides construction, installation and maintenance work, DBD’s project division represents many prestigious brands such as AURORA, STAC, Tsurumi, KSB, SAMSUNG, DAIKIN, SCHNEIDER, Simplex, YAZAKI, VIGILANT, Honeywell and KOHLER.

- In 2023, DBD received letter of award for Plumbing Drainage and Fire Protection System and ACMV System Work for FTB Tower which has a contract sum of 14 million US dollars excluding VAT.
- In 2023, DBD received letter of award for Construction of Warehouse for OJI PACKAGING which has a contract sum of 5.9 million US dollars excluding VAT.
- In 2023, DBD received letter of award for external work, supply and installation of communication, power system cable duct & fire protection and plumbing works to Headhouse for Techo International Airport which has a contract sum and additional contract of 12 million US dollars excluding VAT.

Dividend Policy
Dividends, which are deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors, shall be allocated to the shareholders. A whole or a portion of cash or non-cash dividends may be allocated. Procedure regarding the distribution of dividends shall be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
As an incentive to the public investors, the BOD of DBD has adopted the dividend policy with the annual guaranteed dividend yield of 5.5% to the holders of Class A voting shares. For the avoidance of doubt, holders of Class B voting shares shall not be entitled to the minimum guaranteed dividend.
