UNDERWRITTING BUSINESS

As the first securities company with an investment bank as its main operating entity in Cambodia, our company will focus on investment, post-investment management, and underwriting business.

Underwriting business scope is not limited to pre-listing tutoring, but also includes mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory, corporate consultant, and we can also act as investment input and link of venture business during pre-listing tutoring. We will make the investment to our tutoring companies as a start, and then enter the investment management, the introduction of corporate governance system, development and mergers and acquisitions advice, and then enter the public stage.

We are more than happy to continue to serve the company even if the purpose of going public has been achieved, because the post-IPO tutoring is a must for the company, and it is also our responsibility towards investors, which is the long-term tutoring

commitment that an investment bank must make, rather than just a general underwriter.
