The Result of the Additional Share Listing (Bonus Issue)

of Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc.

Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. would like to inform the shareholders and the public that the bonus shares have been allotted to investors’ accounts. The Company has successfully completed the additional share listing (Bonus Issue) transaction, with the following results:

The Company’s market capitalization has increased by 13%, representing an increase of KHR 19.3 billion (approximately USD 4.8 million) as at 17 August 2026 following the Bonus Issue.

Accordingly, the bonus shares will commence trading on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) on 18 August 2026 onward.
