Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. would like to amend on the request to submit and public disclosure on the Quarterly Report for the 2nd quarter of year 2026 as described below:

In the 2nd quarter of year 2026, the Company reported total revenue of 19,660,210 KHR’000, a decrease over amount of 12,380,992 KHR’000 equal (38.64) % Year-on-year in the 2nd quarter of year 2025 and net profit of 1,198,458 KHR'000 a decrease over amount of 2,806,205 KHR'000 equal (70.07) %. As of June 30, 2026, with total assets amounted 437,476,726 KHR’000 a decrease 5,133,180 KHR’000 which equal (1.16) %. Meanwhile, Total Equity amount to 303,510,530 KHR’000 a decrease over 1,253,681 KHR’000 and equal (0.41) % in the year of 2025.
