[Disclosure] First Quarterly Report of PESTEC (Cambodia) Plc. in 2026 (Unofficial Translation)

For the First Quarter Ended 31 December 2025, the total revenue of PEPC was recorded at KHR 9,385 million, representing a decrease of KHR 5,733 million (≈38%) as compared to Q1 FY2025 which was recorded at KHR 15,118 million. The decline mainly reflects lower recognition from the Tatay project as it nears completion.

As of 31 December 2025, total assets were KHR 850,250 million and total liabilities were KHR 953,999 million, resulting in (capital deficiency)/shareholders’ equity of KHR (103,748) million. (Comparative in the table shows Q4 FY2025 assets KHR 893,347 million and liabilities KHR 996,480 million, with equity KHR (103,133) million.)
