[Disclosure] Fourth Quarterly Report of PESTEC (Cambodia) Plc. in 2025 (Unofficial Translation)

For the Fourth Quarter Ended 30 September 2025, the total revenue of PEPC was recorded at KHR24,410 million, representing an increase of KHR20,839 million or 100% as compared to Q5 FY2024 that was recorded at KHR3,571 million.

As at 30 September 2025, the total asset is KHR850,047 million representing a decrease of KHR39,783 million or 4.5% as compared to KHR889,830 million in the transitional period ended 30 September 2024 and total equity is (KHR146,433 million) representing a decrease of KHR117,413 million or 404.6% as compared to (KHR29,020 million) in the transitional period ended 30 September 2024.

The significant indicators in the fourth quarter of FY2025 are as follows:
