[Disclosure] Delay in release of the first quarterly report of 2026 of GTI (Unofficial Translation)

We, Grand Twins International (Cambodia) Plc. (“Company”), are honored to inform all investors and the public that in accordance with the laws and relavant regulations in force, we are required to submit and release our first quarterly report of 2026 to Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (“SERC”) within 15th May 2026. Thereforth due to the public holidays of one week for the Khmer New Year in during the period of closing of accounting reports, we have prepared bookkeeping and started auditing of the financial statement for the first quarterly report of 2026 with the Company’s appointed external auditor lately and we are unable to release our first quarterly report of 2026 to investors and the public in a timely manner.

The release of the first quarterly report of 2026 will be postponed to 01st June 2026.
