[Disclosure] Rectification of the Dividend Payout Ratio of GTI (Unofficial Translation)

Grand Twins International (Cambodia) PLC. (the “Company”) is honored to announce to all shareholders, investors and the public that the Company has announced on Cambodia Securities Exchange's website on 29 April 2026 on Decision on Proposal of the Board of Directors on Dividend Distribution for 2025 there was a technical error on dividend payout ratio 47.41% of the profit after tax of the FYE 2025.

Grand Twins International (Cambodia) Plc would like to replace the ratio in change dividend payout ratio 53.83% of the profit after tax of the FYE 2025.
