| 4 - Reason | - The decreasing of net profit was driven by the decreasing of profit before tax at 474.84%. - The decreasing in operating profit was driven by the decreasing of gross loss at 229.53%. - The decreasing of revenue is driven by the decreasing of construction revenue at 85.04%. Compared to 2025, when most of the Company’s projects were at stages that generated higher levels of revenue, the Company’s major projects in 2026 are currently in their initial stages of execution. Consequently, revenue recognition remains relatively low, while the Company continues to incur significant labor costs and construction material expenditures during the early stages of these projects, prior to being able to submit progress claims for payment. This timing difference between the initial project expenditures and the subsequent recognition of revenue has contributed to the lower revenue recorded during the period. |
